The Morning Banana Diet
The morning banana diet is the invention of Sumiko Watanabe, a Japanese pharmacist. It is easy to follow, might work, and can be healthy. Here are the rules.

For Breakfast:
Eat at least one banana. You can have more than one.
Room temperature water.


For Lunch:
Eat whatever you want, but no dessert.


3PM Snack:
A 3 PM Snack is OK, but keep it reasonable.


Dinner:
You must eat dinner before 8 PM.
You may have whatever you want, but no dessert.


Bedtime:
You must go to bed before midnight.
